HODC will be back to present with Mt Pisgah Ministry to the Evanston Land Use Commission on Wednesday, February 8th, 2023 at 7:00 PM. They will be talking about the Mt Pisgah project to create neighborhood retail space, affordable rental units, and a new church at 1805-1815 Church Street. This project could bring 44 affordable apartments to local residents who are earning less than 60% of the area median income.
