Cleland Place Leasing Process Opens!

1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments will be available at Cleland Place, HODC’s newest affordable housing development in Wilmette, by August 2021. Amenities at this apartment complex for low income households include a community room, laundry room, elevator, and resident-driven social activities.
