We’re thrilled to announce that HODC and Brinshore successfully closed on Zion Woods in Deerfield this week! After nearly ten years of planning and hard work, this exciting step brings us closer to providing 25 new units of much-needed affordable housing to our community.
The closing of Zion Woods means that all funding documents are signed and we can start construction of the homes. This is a major milestone and paves the way for the next exciting stages of the project.
