At HODC, we know that affordable housing is more than just shelter; it’s a foundation for stability, opportunity, and hope. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce a generous $1,000 donation from Remedy Consulting as recommended by Centrust Bank in support of our newest development, Zion Woods in Deerfield: 25 brand-new apartments offering families and individuals a chance to build brighter futures.

This incredible contribution brings us one step closer to realizing our vision of a community where everyone has access to decent, affordable housing. For 25 families or individual households, these apartments will represent a new chapter – a chance to stay in their community, raise healthy children, and pursue their dreams with peace of mind.

A Powerful Partnership for Positive Change

We extend our deepest gratitude to Remedy Consulting and Centrust Bank for their commitment to our mission. Together, we’re building more than just homes; we’re building hope. Every brick laid, every home created, represents a new beginning for someone in our community.
