Greenhaven is a new construction 58-unit apartment building in Palatine. Units will be available to individuals and families with a wide range of income levels. They may range from 30% to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The three-story building will have 54 underground parking stalls and 69 surface parking stalls. The development will also include four townhomes along Johnson Street. The unit mix includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.

All apartments will include energy star kitchen appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, patios or balconies, central air conditioning, window treatments, and cable TV and computer internet hookups.

Amenities include on-site management, parcel room, security lighting, community room, outdoor play area, fitness center, bike parking, business center, Wi-Fi, and an outdoor terrace and grill area.

Greenhaven is being developed by Northpointe Development with Henry Bros. Co. (contractor) and Knothe & Bruce Architects (architect). HODC will provide property managment.
