In order to be eligible to rent a unit, your annual household income must be less than certain limits provided by HUD based on your family size. You will be required to provide documentation proving your income and any assets. In addition, you must pass a credit check and background check prior to signing a lease. All of our leases are for one year and a security deposit is required.
