Deerfield Senior Housing Corporation developed this HUD-financed building in 1980 to provide senior housing for Deerfield residents. It offers rent subsidized units for very low income seniors on fixed incomes. HODC was hired in 2015 to provide on-site property management and helped refinance the mortgage to create funds for additional affordable housing. HODC also provides a Service Coordinator to enhance tenants’ lives and help them access community services to keep them indepedent.
