Heart’s Place is a two-story permanent supportive housing development for people living with a disability. HODC provides property management and service coordination where supportive services are made available through a network of community-based service providers to help tenants live their best lives. This new development was started by UP Holdings over a decade prior and completed in 2019. The property is certified green and has on-site offices, a gazebo, ample parking and attractive landscaping.
