HODC purchased this existing 13 unit building 1998 after it was rundown and becoming blighted. Thanks to funding from IHDA and the City of Evanston, HODC extensively rehabilitated the entire building to create homes for working families. This included installing all new plumbing, electrical and heating systems as well as energy efficient insulation. It is a mixed-income building containing large one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with dining rooms. There are four on-site garages and a park across the street. Security cameras were later installed.
