HODC’s Executive Director, Richard Koenig, is speaking tonight at his alma mater, Illinois Wesleyan University, during their 2023 Founders’ Day Convocation. Richard’s keynote address will be in conjunction with the University’s annual intellectual theme, The Power of Place. “It’s an amazing honor to have the opportunity to be a part of this event,” said Richard. “As an IWU student, I could never have predicted the path that would bring me here. I have seen firsthand during my career in affordable housing the importance of Place and the impact it has on real people. This is what keeps me going every day and I’m excited to share this with my alma mater.”
