Due to a high demand for affordable housing, our apartments are not often available. Because our rents are affordable, tenants don’t move out of our apartments often. The process of applying for an apartment can often be long and frustrating. All of our rental units are typically fully occupied. This means our waiting list is often closed and there is little chance of someone getting an apartment quickly.

In order to be eligible to rent a unit, your annual household income must be less than certain limits provided by HUD based on your family size. You will be required to provide documentation proving your income and any assets. In addition, you must pass a credit check and background check prior to signing a lease. All of our leases are for one year and a security deposit is required. Only when our waiting list is open will our management staff be able to provide you with a complete application.
