Background
HODC develops, preserves and manages affordable housing for low and moderate-income households primarily in Chicago’s northern suburbs. Founded by local community leaders inspired by Martin Luther King Jr.’s fight for fair housing, HODC works to address the critical need for accessible housing options in these communities.
