McHenry County Neighborhood Stabilization Program

HODC was selected by the Illinois Housing Development Authority in 2011 to complete a stalled project in McHenry County to provide permanent supportive housing, funded under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program this project included new construction of three spacious duplexes on vacant lots in Woodstock. Construction was completed in record time and the homes were donated to Home of the Sparrow who provides housing and services for homeless women with children in McHenry.
