Developed in partnership with PIRHL, this three story senior building was completed in 2020. The building meets state-of-the-art energy standards that include energy-efficient appliances in the units. Accessibility and adaptability features are also included to help residents stay independent. On-site property management is provided by Ludwig and Company.
