Because affordable housing is in such high demand, the process of applying for an apartment can often be long and frustrating. Due to our affordable rents, there is seldom much turnover and we do not have frequent vacancies. All of our rental units are typically fully occupied so our waiting list is often closed when there is little chance of someone getting an apartment in the near future. However, please contact our office at 847-564-2900 to ask if a waiting list is open for a certain bedroom size or for further updates.
In order to be eligible to rent a unit, your annual household income must be less than certain limits provided by HUD based on your family size. You will be required to provide documentation proving your income and any assets. In addition, you must pass a credit check and background check prior to signing a lease. All of our leases are for one year and a security deposit is required. Only when our waiting list is open will our management staff provide you with a complete application.
