HODC developed this building in collaboration with the nonprofit WilPower, now Thresholds. They secured HUD grant funding in 2002 under the Supportive Housing Program. Rehab included installing a new kitchen on the first floor, replacing flooring throughout the building, and renovating the basement to include office space for staff. The building has two four-bedroom units which are very large. Each unit contains a spacious living room, full dining area, and eat-in kitchen. The building is home to eight residents.
